Blackmores Odourless Fish Oil 1000mg provides a high-quality natural source of omega-3 fatty acids, supporting heart, skin, eye, and brain health. Each soft gelatin capsule contains 1000 mg of natural fish oil, delivering 300 mg of omega-3 marine triglycerides, comprising 180 mg of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and 120 mg of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA)

Dosage

• Take only ONE dose recommendation, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.
• Children unable to swallow - Pierce the capsule, squeeze the content into milk, juice or cereal and consume immediately. Do not swallow whole.

 
For heart, skin and general health:

Adults - Take 2 capsules once a day.

 For brain and eye health:

Adults - Take 3 capsules once a day.

 For healthy growth and development:

Children 1-17 years - Give 2 capsules once a day.
