Only genuine products which are directly sourced from production houses and authorised distributors are traded at Essence.lk
Prices are displayed in LKR.

All products available on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantity of any product without notice. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct errors and cancel any orders affected by such errors.
Only one promotion code or gift voucher code can be redeemed against a single order.
Special offer prices are only valid for purchases made during the promotional period at the discounted price. Essence.lk does not provide refunds for items purchased at a higher price outside the offer period.

Essence.lk reserves the right to contact the customer directly regarding the orders made.
Essence.lk reserves the right to deliver certain orders only to a billing address. In such instances, customers will be notified by e-mail.
In the event an order which is not collected by the customer is returned to Essence.lk by the postal or courier service, the customer will be eligible to collect a refund. Essence.lk will not refund the postal charges, and the customer will be notified of the return of the ordered products and the annulment of the order.
In the event an order is not received, Essence.lk must be notified in writing or by email within 45 working days of dispatch. No claim can be processed after this time period.
Essence.lk cannot be held responsible or liable for the delay or failure to deliver ordered goods. It is beyond the control of Essence.lk to prevent damages or defects that may occur in the process of delivery.
