How do I enter my Voucher Code?
Vouchers codes can be entered at the “Checkout” stage of your order by entering your Promotional code into the “Discount code” box.
Make sure you enter the codes as it appears on the offer as they are case and space sensitive.
These codes can’t be used with any other offers and can only be used once per customer.

Can I change what I have ordered?
Yes, you can! Please contact our customer service team before your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, we are unable to
make any amendments once the order has been dispatched.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the Sri lanka.For more information please follow the shipping policy.
What are your delivery services?
Our main courier partner is Fardar. If a customer asks to send through PickMe Flash, we can arrange it, but the customer
will need to pay the PickMe charges. Please note that the customer must request the PickMe option before we dispatch the order with our normal courier partner.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we do! If your purchase value is over Rs. 15,000, you are eligible for free delivery. Please note that this threshold may
change in the future. If we make any changes, we will display a notice at the top of the website.
How do I track my order or find out what’s happening with my order?
Tracking your order is easy, once it’s dispatched we will send you an email that will have a link to the tracking website. In case it didn’t work please contact our customer support team they will help you to track your order.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item?
If for any reason your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Team.
